As required by 18 U.S.C. ß2252A and with respect to any graphical materials in our inventory, any performer who appears to be engaged in actual or simulated "sexually explicit conduct," as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. ß 2256. was at least 18 years of age at the time of the photography. IDs are on file and model signed a model release form and was over 18 when image was shot. All IDs were inspected by the Custodian of Records. In many cases, the models are over 21 years of old (21 to 46).

Some of the aforementioned depictions appearing or otherwise contained in or at these sites contain only visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct made before July 3, 1995, and, as such, are exempt from the requirements set forth in 18 U.S.C. 2257 and C.F.R. 75. Other depictions were made prior to June 23, 2005, prior to the new regulations being active.
